Kosovo basketball legend, Edmond Azemi, decided to retire from active basketball, writes Zeri.info.

The news was announced by KB Sigal Prishtina, through an announcement on the official website of the club issued on Thursday night.

The capital club also announced that Edmond Azemi has been appointed to the post of general manager of the club.

Today (Friday), KB Sigal Prishtina organized a press conference, where Edmond Azemi also spoke.

Upon taking the floor, the icon of the capital club was betrayed by tears and emotions.

“This is a special day for me” – were the first words of Azem, who then burst into tears.
