Besa Famgas has started with a victory the defense of the title in the Kosovo Super League in handball. In the first round of the Super League, Besa Famgas on Thursday night in the capital won against Prishtina with a convincing result, 40:34.

Besa Famgas and Prishtina have convincingly won the matches of the 27th week, the penultimate in Kosovo Super League A in handball (men).

Champion and leader of the classification, Besa Famgas won in Ferizaj against Kastriot with a result of 43:29. The representative of Kosovo, Jon Muqolli and the Spaniard Victor Alonso stood out with efficiency in Peja, scoring 7 goals. Festim Mustafa and Hamdi Salihu scored 9 goals each for Kastriot.

Besa Famgas has scored the 26th consecutive victory in this edition of the Kosovo Super League in handball. On Saturday within Superleague A, the team from Peja won in “Karagaçi” with a convincing result, 41:22. Besa Famgas defeated Trepca of Mitrovica.

Nikola Prce scored 8 goals for Besa while Arbios Mushkolaj and Victor Alonso scored 6 goals. Fidan Cimili and Kapllan Terziqi scored 5 goals each for Trepça.

Besa leads the table with 52 points. Trepça is third with 28 points.

Kastriot of Ferizaj also scored a victory on Saturday. Kastriot in Drenas defeated Drenica with a result of 33:27. For Kastriot it was the 13th victory. With 26 points, the team from Ferizaj is ranked fourth. Drenica is sixth with 16 points.
