The Prime Minister of the country, Albin Kurti, received today in a friendly visit the former Member of the European Parliament, Knut Fleckenstein.

The former MEP is a member of the Social Democratic Party of Germany and a longtime supporter of Kurt. At the meeting held on International Labor Day they addressed many topics, with an emphasis on social democracy.

Kurti briefed Fleckenstein on his visit to Brussels and the numerous meetings he had there with senior European Union officials, commissioners and MEPs.

Former MEP Fleckenstein congratulated Kurti on his successful visit and wished him success in implementing plans for reforms in many areas that would pave the way for the country’s economic development and European integration.
