Model Kendall Jenner has been sued by the Italian fashion brand “Liu Jo” with the claim that the star of the Kardashian family has violated the terms of a contract.

The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Manhattan, says Jenner only attended one of the two scheduled photo sessions.

Liu Jo will receive at least $ 1.8 million in damages while saying he paid $ 1.35 million to the model. The prestigious firm claims it tried to set a date for the second photoshoot but never received a response from Kendall and no refund of payment. / A2
