Just days after receiving a new home in Los Angeles from Modern Family star Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Leonardo DiCaprio is selling an East Coast residence.

The 46-year-old actor has listed his location in the West Village and the Wellness attraction for $ 8.5 million, according to the New York Post, reports lajmi.net.

The 3,673-square-foot apartment is in the Delos Building, which has been declared one of New York’s first Wellness buildings.

DiCaprio, is also on board Delos, described as, ‘a non-profit dedicated to properties that promote real estate well-being’, with Bill Gates and Jeff Vinik, among other board members.
