Today, on the 22nd anniversary of the Krusha e Madhe massacre, presidential candidate Vjosa Osmani commemorated her.

Osmani said that the massacre of this village still remains an open wound for a part of her family.

“Today marks 22 years since the massacre of Krusha e Madhe, which in addition to authentic evidence of the action of the genocidal regime of Serbia, still remains an open wound for a part of the family of this village. “They are very missing, whose fate still remains hostage, worry and anxiety not only for family members, but also for the state of Kosovo”, she wrote in a post on “Facebook”.

She also stressed that on this day we understand the weight and the price we paid for the freedom of the country.

“Two decades later, the massacre of Krusha e Madhe is the voice of conscience calling for justice and clarification of the fate of the missing. “Remembering this day, today we understand the weight and the price we paid for the freedom of the country!”, Said further Osmani. / Voice

Today marks 22 years since the massacre of Krusha e Madhe, which in addition to authentic evidence of the action of the genocidal regime of Serbia, still remains an open wound for some of the family members of this village.

They are very missing, whose fate still remains hostage, worry and anxiety not only for family members, but also for the state of Kosovo.

In a two-day operation, the Serbian regime manifested unprecedented brutality, separating men and boys from their wives and mothers and executing 243 people.

Two decades later, the Krusha e Madhe massacre is the voice of conscience calling for justice and clarification of the fate of the missing.

Remembering this day, we today understand the weight and the price we paid for the freedom of the country!

Freedom does not make sense without addressing the responsibility for the executors of this massacre, as there can be no lasting peace in the region!

We will not stop telling the truth about the Krusha massacre, anywhere and anytime. We will never stop to stay close to families and tell them that their pain is ours and that as state institutions we will not back down in our quest for justice!

May the memory of the 243 killed in Krusha e Madhe be eternal!
