Goalkeeper Arben Beqiri, who was diagnosed with a stomach tumor last year, has now completely left his illness behind and has returned to football.

Through a Facebook post, the Mitrovica club Trepça announced that Arben Beqiri has returned to football and will be part of the Trepça team in the new season.

Before he stopped playing football temporarily, Beqiri was part of Trepça ’89, and now he will be part of the other Mitrovica team, Trepça, where he has been before, before moving to ’89.

Beqiri and Trepça next season will compete in the First League of Kosovo, to fight for their return to the Super League after a few years.
