The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports and the UNICEF Office in Kosovo have marked the opening of Youth Month with internship opportunities for 900 young people. Prime Minister Albin Kurti said he is proud of the work of young people.

Kurti said Kosovo will invest in the potential of the next generation.

“Talking to young people is important. It is a little to say that we are proud of our young people because they are reaping success in all fields, culture, sports. Thanks to them, Kosovo and our symbols are constantly presented side by side with developed countries. Our challenges will be solved by this generation of young people. more than young leaders are subject to change. Youth has been the loud voice for society to prosper. As before, Kosovo is investing in the potential of the next generation. The first priority is the management of Covid-19, in order to protect citizens. “You young people have a responsibility to get vaccinated.”

“Budget revenues have increased, we have approved a budget of 2.5 billion. The revival package has 1.1 billion euros. Young people will benefit through the scheme. Under the package, the MCYS will allocate 2.5 million euros. Make sure you are active during this time and contribute because you will get the most out of yourself. This is a good thing for employers. You grew up in a period of challenges and difficulties until the declaration of independence. Now as we continue to manage the pandemic and variants and as we try to recover Kosovo enters a new chapter. I have never been more inspired than I am now. “We will be with the youth and for the youth.”

On the other hand, the Austrian ambassador, Christoph Weidigner, said

“It always gives me pleasure, it gives me a feeling that through programs we help young people on their journey. Through the help and push of a mentor many people have become what they are today. This youth month is a great instrument to achieve the goal with young people pursuing their dreams in life. “Young people are the greatest asset in Kosovo and I am glad that Austria is the biggest support in Kosovo.”

Whereas, Loreta Deshishku from MCYS, said that this organization is profitable for the youth.

“Today we have 13 programs that will be implemented during August. For this organization we are sure to promote all issues regarding employment, recreation, education, science “./ eo

Former acting PDK, Enver Hoxhaj in front of the delegates of the Convention of this party has mentioned the two former presidents, Hashim Thaçi and Kadri Veseli.

He expressed his conviction that Thaçi and Veseli will turn white.

“I am convinced that Kadri Veseli and Hashim Thaçi will turn white as our war has been fair. They will return to their families and the PDK. We their collaborators are very proud of them. “They never put personal interest above the interests of Kosovo,” Hoxhaj said.

Hoxhaj also showed why he did not want to be a candidate for PDK chairman.

“You expected that I would be a candidate for mayor and that I would be in the race. Let me tell you that when I insisted on convening this convention with the full support of the presidency, I aimed for one thing. I aimed for the new generation to “take the leadership of the party,” he said.

According to him, the new mayor will have the support of everyone.

Democracy builds systems. Systems build generations. Generations of the Democratic Party of Kosovo have always been an integral part of the Republic of Kosovo, its history and its future.

Illegality and the struggle for freedom

The first generation is the generation when the republic was sought. Republic, which was followed by typing in every mouth that called, and in every hand that wrote KR [Kosova Republikë]. The first generations, now the vast majority of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, spent their youth years tortured by the Serbian occupier, imprisoned, and persecuted. They sacrificed everything from their lives, not only from themselves, but also from family and close circle. The time when as a young woman, at the beginning of my academic journey, I heard about illegal Albanian movements. For students who rebelled against the Serbian occupier. Among them, the silent symbol, with great deeds, Mr. Kadri Veseli, that the more he followed the Serbian state apparatus, the more he extended his influence and spread the cause of resistance. The cause became a reality. The guns were taken in their hands and the search for freedom began. We are devoted to those who lost their lives and grateful to the living who sacrificed many, among them, many of my fellow members of the Democratic Party of Kosovo.

State-building

Institutions are built by transforming people and generations. But with this, the Democratic Party of Kosovo, as their largest bearer, has shown one thing, that the individual is in second place alongside the state. Today we may not have individuals, but we have a state. The name of those who did for the state, is engraved in our political thoughts. Such are the names of the post-2000 generation, the generation that declared independence and strengthened international alliances. This binomial is unaffordable for the state of Serbia.

The generation of the future

Freedom, in addition to the name, also has costs. This cost fell precisely on her seekers, her sacrificers. They are facing claims, untruths, a group of allies who have gathered to tarnish freedom, unfortunately even among Albanians, as a form of joy. The same thing is about the chameleonism of Kosovar politics and group interest, the state of Kosovo and its institutions. This is the legacy of the liberators who raised whole generations, without any guesswork, even the new generation of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, as a guarantor and foundation of the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo.

The Convention of the Democratic Party of Kosovo is a sound fruit for the democracy of Kosovo. It is in danger, from the shaking of erroneously strengthened beliefs, that force alliances with our Western partners, and on the other hand, divide society.

The Democratic Party of Kosovo Convention stands in the face of these convictions. Its results will concretize the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo against the deinstitutional currents that are constantly knocking on their doors.

Bojana Stojković says that she feels confused. However, as he points out, there will be no winter with value.

Dragan Petrović notes that whenever he thinks of acting, art, theater, he always somehow says one word and emotion, and that is love.

And many theater fans remember, risky, and it will turn out to be the right move of the National Theater to stage “Tamed Goropad” in 1993, in which fourth-year acting students also played.
