Avokatët mbrojtës të Dardan Krivaqës dhe Arbër Sejdiut, kanë komentuar mbi rastin e vrasjen e 18-vjeçarës nga këta dy të fundit.

Për rastin që e kishte tronditur opinionin Prokuroria në Ferizaj ka ngritur aktakuzë 25 faqe.

Në  të përshkruhen në detaje veprimet e të akuzuarit Dardan Krivaqa dhe ndihmësit të tij Arbër Sejdiu, para se të vritej 18 vjeçarja Marigona Osmani.

Dokumentin ku janë përshkruar të gjitha veprimet e të akuzuarve tashmë e ka edhe avokati i familjes së Marigona Osmanit, Gazmend Rexhepi.

Ai thotë se në aktakuzë janë përmbledhur ato çka ai i ka ditur me kohë, përfshirë edhe kamerat brenda banesës së Krivaqës.

Sipas avokatit Gazmend Rexhepi, aktakuza e hedhë poshtë deklaratën e personit të dytë (Arbër Sejdiu) të akuzuar për këtë rast.

“Personi i dytë në deklarimin e tij që e jep, bie në kundërshtim të plotë me provat që i posedon hetuesia, konkretisht Prokuroria. Këto prova tashmë i janë dorëzuar edhe Gjykatës Themelore në Ferizaj”, deklaron për RTV Dukagjini, Rexhepi.

Për dallim prej tij, avokatja e Arbër Sejdiut, Arbnora Shefkiu nuk e ka pranuar ende aktakuzën e plotë, prandaj thotë se nuk mund ta komentojë. Megjithatë bazuar në deklaratën e klientët të saj ajo thotë se ky i fundit pretendon se me Marigona Osmanin ka pasur kontakt fizik vetëm kur e kanë dërguar në klinikën e emergjencës, pak metra larg banesës.

“Arbëri shkurtimisht në intervistën në Polici të cilën e ka dhënë deklaron që nuk ka qenë prezent gjatë gjithë kohës sa pretendohet të ketë ndodhur vepra e vrasjes, rrahja apo dhunimi. Nuk ka qenë prezent mirëpo Arbëri deklaron se për një gjë të tillë nuk ka qenë i njohur çfarë është duke ndodhur. I vetmi moment kur e takon Marigonën tani të ndjerën është momenti kur ai i ofron ndihmë mjekësore, pretendon t’i japë ndihmën mjekësore dhe e dërgon pastaj me Dardanin së bashku në emergjencën në Ferizaj”, deklaron avokatja Arbnora Shefkiu.

Ndërsa, avokati i Dardan Krivaqës, Admir Salihu gjatë ditës nuk ka qenë i qasshëm. Situatë e ngjashme ka qenë edhe me familjen e Marigona Osmanit. Të akuzuarve Dardan Krivaqa dhe Arbër Sejdiu iu është vazhduar masa e paraburgimit, ndërsa gjykimi pritet të filloj brenda afateve ligjore.
