The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama during his one-day visit to Kosovo met with Prime Minister Albin Kurti and leaders of opposition parties.

However, according to the agenda, Rama will not hold a meeting with the Speaker of the Assembly, Glauk Konjufca.

According to the Office of the Speaker, Konjufca had on his agenda to go to Brdo, Slovenia, but according to them, the cancellation of his visit was due to the situation in the north of the country.

US Ambassador to Kosovo Philip Kosnett has congratulated Judge Gresa Caka-Nimani on her new position as President of the Constitutional Court.

Kosnetti said the United States remains committed to helping institutions in Kosovo strengthen the rule of law.

The Speaker of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca, together with the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Hajrullah Çeku and the Mayor of Prizren, Mytaher Haskuka, paid tribute to the September of the leaders of the Albanian League of Prizren, in honor of the anniversary of the 143rd of this important event of national history.

He said that the League of Prizren represents the political culmination of the National Renaissance that contributed to the protection of Albanian lands.

The Speaker of the Assembly said that it is not accidental that those hundreds of representatives of Albanian lands gathered in historic Prizren, because, as he said, it was the safest place and which, in terms of Albanian geography of the XIX century, constituted the geographical epicenter of the Albanian nation.

“After the glorious wars of Gjergj Kastrioti-Skënderbeu, this is the most important event which comes in the XIX century.
