Arianit Koci: Recidivist criminals should be brought under police surveillance

After the murder of Marigona Osmani last week, there were numerous reactions to her murder.

Also, there were many reactions for the suspect of this murder, Dardan Krivaqa, who was said to have had before, for more than a hundred criminal acts committed, but still Krivaqa was out of jail.

A reaction through the social network Facebook, was made by the lawyer Arianit Koci, where according to him, in every police station of Kosovo, the list of recidivis criminals should be created.

“After the macabre crime of Dardan Krivaca, a complete reorganization of the security organs is needed, including the Prosecution and the Courts. The police are on the front line in the fight against crime, therefore they have the primary responsibility. Otherwise, the security organs “they have the obligation to target the phenomenon or the individual. In every police station in Kosovo, a list of recidivist criminals must be created”, it is said in the reaction of lawyer Koci./Zëri

Recidivist criminals put you under police surveillance

1.

Following the macabre crime of Dardan Krivaca, a complete reorganization of the security organs is needed, including the Prosecution and the Courts.

The police are at the forefront of the fight against crime, which is why they have the primary responsibility.

Otherwise, the security organs have the obligation to target the phenomenon or the individual.

2.

In every police station in Kosovo, a list of recidivist criminals must be created.

A person who has more than two or more open cases – especially cases involving violent crimes – should be brought under police surveillance.

Every time the observer (interesting person in terms of security) goes out in the city, the police patrol stops him, checks him and asks him where he is going.

Then, if it is by car, the car is also checked.

Every time and every day.

The same is done at the border.

Every patrol and every police station should have a list of recidivist criminals.
3.

In the case of Krivaca, I am convinced that most police officers recognized that criminal.

It had to be constantly checked.

Each time they were found with something illegal: cocaine or a gun.

The police had a legal basis.

4.

Based on the information I have, it is likely that many crimes are committed, and cases are not reported at all.

The population has begun to lose faith in the police.

Otherwise, we are gradually becoming an oasis of violent criminals and dangerous usurers.
