These seven meals assist in opposition to heartburn

Heartburn is a symptom of a disease of the digestive system or of an inadequate diet that is accompanied by unpleasant burning.

Luckily there is relief for it too and it comes in the form of these foods.

1. Ginger tea

Boil a piece of peeled and chopped ginger (the size of a thumb) in water, let it stand for ten minutes and then drink. This drink is effective against various types of inflammation, and will soothe heartburn.

2. Banana

If you have heartburn symptoms, eat a banana. It contains minimal amounts of acids, protecting and calming the irritated stomach.

3. Almond milk

This healthy alternative to classic cow or goat milk helps neutralize stomach acids. With almond milk, mix the smoothie to which you need to add strawberries, bananas and spinach.

4. Bollgur

An irritated stomach likes foods rich in dietary fiber like oatmeal. Start the morning with a bowl of oatmeal that will give you energy and quench any possible pain.

5. Fennel

Pour two tablespoons of fennel seeds in hot water. Let stand for half an hour, arrange with honey and drink. You will no longer know about heartburn.

6. Kefir and aloe vera

Mix a tablespoon of aloe vera juice with kefir and eat it for breakfast. This is a wonderful combination that calms the digestive system, and besides it is quite tasty.

7. Green leafy vegetables

It’s hard to go wrong with vegetables. Eat as many green leafy vegetables as broccoli, asparagus, celery and cauliflower that are low in acid and are good at fighting acids.
