Tropical Storm Henry slows down but still poses danger

Tropical Storm Henry hit the state of Rhode Island, bringing strong winds and torrential rains to parts of the east coast of the United States on Sunday morning. President Joe Biden has approved a state of emergency for Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Cennectitucut.

Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker expressed relief Saturday that his state would not be hit directly, but joined the two governors in warnings that wind and rain could lead to serious damage and long power outages.
