Apart from Lumir Abdixhiku, who declared a few minutes ago that he is a candidate for mayor of the Democratic League of Kosovo, this candidacy is also confirmed to the mayor of Gjilan, Lutfi Haziri.
The news was announced by the official website of the LDK on “Facebook”, while it is emphasized that these candidacies were presented today, reports Zeri.info at the meeting of the presidency.
“Today, the Presidency of the Democratic League of Kosovo, held the next meeting in order to better prepare the Assembly of the LDK, respectively the Assembly for the election of the President of the LDK.
At the meeting it was agreed on the necessary preparations for the meeting of the Assembly and in principle the names of the delegates of the Assembly were confirmed, who have been confirmed by each branch of the LDK. In today’s meeting, two more candidacies were presented for President of LDK. The candidacies for President of LDK were presented to Mr. Lutfi Haziri, vice president of LDK and mayor of Gjilan, as well as Mr. “Lumir Abdixhiku, member of the Presidency of LDK”, it is said in the announcement.
