Yesterday, the Government of Kosovo took new anti-COVID measures.
The Minister of Health, Arben Vitia, announced that all public and private institutions of pre-university education from 12 to 18 April are obliged to organize online learning. As well as from April 6 to 18, online learning is obliged to be organized by public and private university institutions.
According to this decision, preschool institutions will continue to operate normally, respecting the measures and recommendations against COVID-19.
Among other decisions taken by the Government is the closure of gastronomy and shopping centers in the next 12 days, as well as restricting the movement of citizens from 22:00 to 5:00 in the morning.
From April 7, public and private institutions, according to the decision of the Government, are obliged to work only with essential staff.
The Government has also strictly prohibited the organization of condolence ceremonies, while only close family members will be allowed in funeral ceremonies.
This decision prohibits the gathering of citizens at high risk of spreading the infection with more than 10 people, while public transport will work at 50 percent of capacity.
While all those citizens who enter Kosovo must have a negative test within 72 hours, otherwise they must be isolated for 7 days. / Voice
