The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani has congratulated the Socialist Party for the victory in the April 25 elections in Albania.
Osmani also congratulated the Democratic Party and other parties for the election gas that was held on Sunday in Albania.
“Congratulations to the Socialist Party for winning the April 25 elections. “I congratulate the Democratic Party and all the other parties for the election race”, it is said in Osmani’s tweet on Twitter.
She wished all political representatives to contribute to cooperation with Kosovo.
“I wish all political representatives to contribute to the strengthening of democracy, rule of law and cooperation with Kosovo.”
We recall that the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti also wished victory to the Prime Minister, Edi Rama. In his greeting, he said that Kosovo does not do without Albania and also Albania does not do without Kosovo.
“According to the preliminary results announced by the CEC in the Republic of Albania, the Socialist Party and Prime Minister Edi Rama have won the parliamentary elections. Kosovo can not do without Albania and Albania can not do without Kosovo, so I congratulate the Prime Minister of Albania Edi Rama for the results, and I wish that together, as Albanians, we increase the cooperation between us in all sectors, and bring it closer to European standards. “In terms of democracy, economic development, justice and welfare,” said Kurti.
From Vetëvendosje in Albania, Boiken Abazi, Kreshnik Merxhani and Iliaz Shehu ran as independent MPs. None of them managed to become an MP./express
