The head of the Serb List, Goran Rakic, said that based on the preliminary results of the February 14th elections in Kosovo, his party had scored a convincing victory.
Rakic told a news conference that the Serb List had won all ten seats in the Kosovo Assembly reserved for the Serb community.
“This is a victory of Serbian unity, of Serbian harmony. “This is proof that we want to remain ourselves,” Rakic said.
He added that 99 percent of Kosovo citizens from the Serb community voted for the Serb List.
The Serb List and two initiatives from the Serb community ran in Sunday’s elections.
According to the results so far, Rakic said that the Serbian List won five percent more votes than in the last parliamentary elections in 2019./REL
