Kurti criticizes local media in meeting with Southeast European News Agency Network

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti received a delegation of the Southeast European News Agency Network (ABNA) with whom he discussed the Government’s priorities, the situation with the COVID-19 pandemic and the role of the media in the objective coverage of the pandemic reality.

In this meeting, Kurti spoke about the current situation with the COVID-19 pandemic and the measures taken by the government to alleviate the consequences of the pandemic.

He said that “so far Kosovo has administered over one million doses of anti-COVID vaccine and this adds to the hope for easier coping with the risk of new waves of announced spread of the virus”.

The Prime Minister also informed the representatives of the news agencies about the legal actions taken by the Government to fight corruption. He said that “thankfully corruption in Kosovo is not a culture, but it is an established system in institutions, and as such it is more likely to be fought”.

Regarding the state of the media in Kosovo, Prime Minister Kurti said that “it is not the best, but it is not too bad”, it is said in the announcement from the Government.

He said that the media in general have contributed to informing the public about the epidemiological situation. But, he continued, “there have also been media outlets that have often undermined pandemic management efforts, reporting unverified news and misinformation, even launched by opposition MPs.”

The statement said that representatives of the Southeast European News Agency network thanked the Prime Minister for the welcome and informed him about ABNA’s work and media challenges during and after the pandemic.

We recall that the network of Southeast European News Agencies has recently held the annual conference in Kosovo with the central theme “Media and tourism in the post-pandemic era.” / Voice

Haziri with another analysis: This is why Kurti wanted to postpone the elections, it was not a matter of polls

The mayor of Gjilan, Lutfi Haziri, says local elections should not be postponed. In the show DPT on Fidani on T7, Haziri has shown why Prime Minister Albin Kurti asked for the postponement of the October 17 elections.

“My tendency to postpone the elections was hidden inside Covid’s black numbers, but it was entirely politically motivated,” says Haziri.

“To postpone the elections and buy time and cause a completely different kind of political mobilization which is related to the needs of the elections,” he added.

Haziri mentioned the dialogue with Seria and as he said the return of attention to the Balkans.

“This week and next week the attention is returned to the Balkans and you know that from tomorrow Chancellor Merkel, the special delegate for Kosovo will be here”, explains Haziri.

Bislim's statements about the KLA archives stem from those of Kurti

The leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, in an interview spoke about the current political situation in the country.

Haradinaj was asked about the statement of Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi, who said that he had agreed with the mediator of the dialogue from the EU, Miroslav Lajçak, that Kosovo should open the KLA archives.

Haradinaj stated that Bislim’s statement stems from those of Prime Minister Albin Kurti in Brussels.

“This statement originates, or starts from the statement of Prime Minister Kurti in Brussels, which sought to confront or confront and deal with war crimes and war crimes, of the Balkan countries, where he put Kosovo on an equal footing with Serbia.

So it gave Serbia an expected success of 22 years.

Serbia fights to be in an equal position of statements regarding war crimes or what happened in the war, and not to have a difference with Kosovo as a victim, and Serbia as the perpetrator of crimes “, Declared Haradinaj on Channel 10.

The leader of AAK said that this is the reason why he asked Kurti in the Assembly “are you from Serbia, are you taken hostage”.

For this I asked the Prime Minister Kurti in Parliament “are you from Serbia, are you a hostage”, that I knew what that statement meant, it is not done by coincidence, I knew its consequences, here are the consequences of money “, declared Haradinaj./telegrafi

Haradinaj asks Kurti to resign: Kosovo has become a disgrace

AAK leader Ramush Haradinaj has criticized the Prime Minister Albin Kurti, emphasizing that he has not yet received answers to all the questions he has repeatedly asked.

Haradinaj said that Kurti is trying to silence him and the AAK.

“Albin, you are trying to silence me and the Alliance. Others have tried, but failed. “We are a strong nut for you,” he wrote.

He also mentioned family employment in institutions, as well as tax and reciprocity.

“Who are you? Where are you taking us? You who defile the blood of the Martyrs, who shake their bones in the graves. You who became the shame of Kosovo. Take it! ”Haradinaj wrote. / Voice

His full post:

ALBIN GIVES RESIGNATION!

Albin, while you have engaged the little thieves to appear on television, I have not yet received answers from you to many questions that I have constantly asked.

Your Ministers of Interior, Justice, and Infrastructure once accused my government of Nexhat Krasniqi, calling him a “criminal” and a “father of tenders.” Now Nexhati is also engaged in your government, specifically in the ministry which in two months has given 29 one-source tenders. Did you become like Nexhat, or did he become good now? Yes 38 secret contracts, in whose favor are they? Where is that money going?

Albin, you are trying to silence me and the Alliance. Others have tried, but failed. We are the strong nut for you.

Albin, you forgot your supporters too. You hired daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law of the ruling elite. Was not the relative for weddings? You forgot social equality, you hit pensioners too. Hit the doctors and cops. And now within a day, over 4000 citizens are fined, instead of receiving support from the state.

Albin abolished the tax and did not establish reciprocity. But why did you harm the local producers by removing the last obstacle from Serbia, the tax on products subsidized by Serbia?

Albin, on August 2 you were proud that you defeated the pandemic. Dismiss health workers, trained and experienced professionals in treating those affected by the virus. Three weeks after your boasting, we reached the black record of deaths. Are our citizens receiving proper health care? Have you visited hospitals to see the titanic efforts of doctors and technical staff?

Albin, started the vaccination late, endangering the country and the economy to close. No vaccine was provided from the state budget, and even those that came as donations are expiring due to your inability and your tax collectors to organize and open more vaccination points for citizens.

Albin turned Kosovo into a champion of pandemic mismanagement. Why is it not reflecting, to ask for help and to become all together in the fight against the disease of the century?

Albin, what do we need Russian gas for? Why this aversion to our strategic ally, the United States of America.

Albin, what is the fault of the municipalities, that you stopped supporting them? What about the road Prishtina – Peja? What about Plava Street? What about the Gjilan highway, which connects us with Presevo? How can you put yourself in the same position as Belgrade?

Albin, stop the digital army. You can no longer misinform anyone, because every citizen of Kosovo is clear that the prime ministers do not deal with expropriations and property valuations. Aren’t you ashamed at all? Do you have no conscience at all?

Albin, you made fun of the health workers and the police. At least provide coffins for our brothers and sisters who are dying in hospitals for dozens of days.

Albin, you have all the power in your hands. Act for the good of the country. Do not invent scandals to forget the thousands of victims of the virus. Your nebulae that you are creating to divert attention from real problems do not work.

Albin, neither I nor the Alliance will ever support lawbreakers. We love them in prisons, but not through your public judgment, through little thieves appearing like living ghosts on screens. But, through the judiciary, to which you and your army are putting the greatest possible pressure. Are we in a totalitarian state? No, but with your approach to capturing independent institutions, we are in danger of getting into that situation as well.

Who are you? Where are you taking us? You who defile the blood of the Martyrs, who shake their bones in the graves. You who became the shame of Kosovo. Take it!
