Work and a lot of dedication!

They do the impossible for us, they are heroes for many of us and such should be considered.

Together with my team, we visited the city emergency. The city emergency has 110 workers, of which 10 in the administration and 100 health workers. The emergency works in 5 shifts, in each shift there are 4 medical teams.

Together with the staff there we talked about their working conditions, about the difficulties and challenges they have every day and that are not few.

The candidate of the Democratic League of Kosovo for mayor of Pristina, Mr. Përparim Rama, has presented his magnificent project for the connection of Arbëria neighborhood with the Youth Palace and the Grand Hotel.

Yesterday, in the presence of many citizens, the architect and urban planner Rama presented the project which will connect Arberia with the Youth Palace and the Grand Hotel.

This project envisages that the space behind the Youth Palace, which is currently used only as a parking lot, be turned into a green platform, while the parking lot will be moved underground.

As the candidate Rama said, this project will enable about 30 thousand inhabitants of Arbëria to have easy and direct access to their neighborhood with the center.

Also, this project envisages that, near the green platform, a Concert Hall will be built.

According to candidate Rama, this project will cost about 35 million euros, of which 20 million will be IPA funds, while 15 million will be public-private investments. This project will be realized within 3 years.

In the coming days, Përparim Rama will present four more projects for the main neighborhoods of Prishtina.

The candidate of the Democratic League of Kosovo for mayor of Pristina, Përparim Rama, has stated that he will win the race for Pristina without a runoff.

Rama stated that according to the polls, LDK is going towards growth in Prishtina.

“I really believe, because the numbers show that, the trend is on the rise, on a strong rise, and I believe that yes, we will win it without a runoff.

Because the work we are doing is so that we can win it without a runoff, not maybe from the aspect of ego, or where I know, but really Prishtina does not have time to lose, we have to deal with the problems of the city, the citizens, to we change our lives for the better, and the more we waste time, the worse for the citizen of Prishtina “, declared Rama.

The LDK candidate for Prishtina, Përparim Rama, has indicated that if he wins, he plans to address the problem of stray dogs by creating a Dog Park similar to the Bear Park.

“The mayor of Prishtina represents the citizen of Prishtina and if the citizen of Prishtina has a big problem that they are stray dogs that I am hearing more and more that children and adults are being bitten, then we must take immediate measures because yes human health and safety are violated. I was at Bear Park just to see how they solved the bear issue. There is a park where, in addition to the area for bears, there are other areas that use different businesses in terms of meetings and recreation, as well as the education of children.

“If our city is developing as a tourist city in different ways, we also need points of different attractions. We can create a Dog Park, because the municipality owns a large number of lands. We must first insist on licensing dogs. People who own a dog today are not licensed to own it and there is no report of who owns that dog. We must first insist that if a family wants to get a dog, then that dog is known to be licensed, whose it is and who is responsible for that dog. If after two or three months the children become stale, then the dog is not left on the street. “If we license the dogs and we have created the Dog Park, then this is the place where you can send the dog if you do not want to keep it anymore.”

Rama, in “Ju flet Prishtina” said that stray dogs are a very big problem and super emergency.

He said that he is an apartment man, but it does not turn out to be so. Even the LDK candidate for Prishtina, Përparim Rama, does not appear to be a supporter of the party with which he competes.

Përparim Rama, the LDK candidate for mayor of the capital, seems to be a voter and supporter of Vetëvendosje.
