Kosovo Super League footballers are expected to be vaccinated with the anti-Covid-19 vaccine before the start of the new edition.
The Secretary General of the Football Federation of Kosovo, Eroll Salihu, confirms the news in a statement for “Zeri.info”.
The second man in the biggest house of Kosovar football says that President Agim Ademi has met with the Ministry of Health Arben Vitia to discuss the issue in question.
“The mayor (Agim Ademi) has met with the Minister of Health and it has been decided that next week the modalities regarding the vaccination of football players and club staff will be finally decided,” Eroll Salihu told Zeri.info on Thursday.
He stated, among other things, that it was intended to vaccinate the footballers of clubs participating in international competitions, Prishtina, Drita and Llapi.
“It was intended to vaccinate the players and staff participating in international competitions, but this did not happen. This time we expect everyone to be vaccinated,” said Eroll Salihu.
