The Ministry of Health has published the list of high risk countries.
Leading the list are Israel, followed by Cyprus, Montenegro, the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Spain, Ireland, Turkey, Iceland, Greece, Portugal, northern Macedonia, Estonia and Lithuania.
Among the high-risk countries are Switzerland, Denmark, Serbia, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Bulgaria, Austria and other countries.
The measures taken by the Government of Kosovo state that foreign citizens who enter the Republic of Kosovo, including those with temporary or permanent residence permits in Kosovo and who come from high-risk countries according to the official list of the Institute National Institute of Public Health (NIPHK), must have a negative RT-PCR test for COVID-19 done in the last 72 hours, based on the principle of reciprocity.
