Two people have lost their lives after a fire broke out in one of the largest tourist areas in France.
The fire caused about 7,000 citizens to flee their homes, many of them tourists camped in the Saint-Tropez coastal area on the Cote d’Azur.
Prefect Evans Richard, in a communication to the media has stated one of the victims is a man. He also informed that investigations have started after a body was found completely burnt in a village.
Meanwhile, 22 people have suffered minor injuries, while the fire services have been fighting the flames for three days. /abcnews.al
