The European Union announced weeks ago that it has distributed 95,000 anti-COVID vaccines to Kosovo.
The Ministry of Health has confirmed for “Zeri” that the first doses of these vaccines that are produced by “Pfizer” are expected to come today in Kosovo.
“4680 doses of ‘Pfizer’ vaccine, part of the contingent of 95,000 doses, which the EU has allocated for Kosovo, are expected to arrive in Kosovo today”, it is said in the response of the Ministry of Health.
It has also been announced that other contingents of vaccines will arrive in the coming weeks.
We recall that Kosovo received the first doses of vaccines on March 28 this year. It is about 24,000 doses of vaccine produced by “AstraZeneca”, which Kosovo has received from the COVAX program of the World Health Organization. / Voice
