The eliminators of the Champions League are very difficult for the Albanian teams. After Teuta, who was eliminated by the Moldovans of Sheriff Tiraspol, in the first round the other two Albanian teams were eliminated, Prishtina and Shkëndija e Tetovës.
The latter were defeated with a minimum score of 0-1 in the first match in Skopje, but had traveled to Slovenia with the belief that they could turn everything in front of Mura and advance further, however they did not succeed, as they suffered a deep loss 5 -0.
The challenge started well for the locals, who went close to the goal in the 6th minute through Cipot, but the red and black goalkeeper, Zahov made a very nice reception and kept the Tetovo team in the game, which after minutes increased the confidence in the game.
In the 15th minute, Ibraimi combined nicely with Doriev and the latter went close to the goal, but the shot in an inclined position with the goal, went only a few centimeters away from the vertical pillar of the local team.
Just a minute later it was Armen Alimi who after a long action of the red and blacks, was released over the 16-meter line and fired a shot with the right, but Obradovic was willing to punch the ball into the corner.
In the best moment of Shkëndija, it was Bobicanec who scored the advantage goal for Mura. The fantasy player became the protagonist of the Slovenes, as he was the author of the only goal in the first match in Skopje.
Then to kill the match thought Slovak defender Jan Krivak, who received two yellow cards in the span of three minutes and left Shkëndija with 10 players from the 42nd minute, making everything easier for the locals.
Taking full advantage of the numerical advantage, Mura scored three more times with Bobicanec, Klepac twice with Kous, while Shkëndija said goodbye to the Champions League to continue the adventure in the Conference League, where he will face the Latvians of Riga. .
