In the information, they state that a big storm and bad weather caused technical problems in the functioning of the contact network system on the section between Inđija and Novi Sad.
“Because of this, four trains, which according to the schedule were supposed to run between Belgrade and Novi Sad, have already been canceled today, and the departures of passenger trains on this route that were planned until 2:00 p.m. today have also been canceled,” the announcement states.
Professional services of the “Railway Infrastructure of Serbia” are on the ground and are working to eliminate the problem.
“It is expected that in the next few hours the difficulties will be removed and the functioning of the traffic between Belgrade and Novi Sad will be normalized,” said the Infrastructure.
