Two illegal constructions were demolished, near Gërmia!

Following the engagement of municipal construction inspectors, to prevent the development of illegal works in the capital, today were demolished two complaints built without permission, near Germia.

The decision to demolish these annexes comes as a result of non-compliance with the inspector’s orders, issued after it was found that both annexes were built in violation of the construction permit.

Construction inspectors are obliged to monitor the implementation of permits issued by the Directorate of Urbanism. Whereas, exceeding the construction permit constitutes a legal violation and means illegal construction!

The Directorate of Inspection has continuously announced that for the violation of the Construction Law the most damaged remains the investor himself. Because illegal constructions are punished and demolished. And this applies to all builders without permission, without distinction.
