Cooperation between pupil dormitories in Serbia and Turkey

The “Milutin Milanković” student dormitory and the “Junus Emre” Institute, which promotes the Turkish language and literature, signed a Cooperation Agreement on September 28 in Belgrade.

The cooperation agreement defines the upcoming joint activities of the two Institutions in the field of education, culture, and in this sense jointly organized activities.

Among other things, users of the home will be able to enroll in a free Turkish language course, and the classes will take place in the building of the home. Also, the agreement paves the way for cooperation with student dormitories from Turkey, as well as student exchange.

The agreement was signed by the director of the home, Nenad Milenović, and the director of the institute, Densir Šahin, in the presence of the ambassador of the Republic of Turkey in Serbia, H.E. Hamija Aksoy and the State Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, Prof. Dr. Marijana Dukić Mijatović.
