Insulin has been missing in Kosovo for three months now, the Ministry of Health has taken concrete actions

The Member of the Assembly of Kosovo from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Ganimete Musliu has asked the Ministry of Health to urgently provide insulin to citizens who need it.

Through a Facebook post, Musliu said that insulin has been missing in public health institutions for three months.

“Insulin has been lacking in public health institutions for about three months.

“Patients are forced to buy these medicines themselves, although they are on the essential list and should be given for free to patients. Now they have become difficult to find in pharmacies,” Musliu wrote.

She added that “the Ministry of Health must take concrete actions and urgently come to the aid of citizens who are facing this problem.” / Telegraphy /
