Nominations submitted to the Government for members of the Commission for Passing the Bar Exam – Latest News

The Ministry of Justice has sent to the Government the proposals for members of the Commission for Passing the Jurisprudence Exam.
This was announced today by the Minister Albulena Haxhiu, who said that after being voted in the Government, the proposals will be forwarded to the Assembly for voting, Zeri.info reports.

We have just finalized the proposal of the Ministry of Justice for the appointment of members of the Commission for Passing the Jurisprudence Exam.
This proposal will be processed to the OPM in order
to be voted at the next meeting of the Government and to proceed to the Assembly for voting.
We have considered this issue as a priority considering the interest of many candidates to take the Jurisprudence Exam.
The Ministry of Justice will ensure that the Bar Exam is well organized and transparent and everyone is at the level of duty
