Police and Inspectorate in action, punish the premises and citizens who do not implement the measures
Kosovo Police and the Inspectorate are inspecting premises in Pristina to see if government measures against the coronavirus are being implemented.
They also fined citizens who were drinking coffee near the premises.
The police have taken the identification documents of all citizens who have been drinking coffee.
The Government of Kosovo, respectively the Ministry of Health, has recently adopted new measures to further prevent the spread of the new coronavirus (COVID-19).
The new measures, which were approved by the government, envisage 46 different points related to the prevention of the spread of the pandemic which came as a result of the increase in the number of positive cases and deaths that were registered in recent days as a result of COVID-19.
Citizens throughout the territory of Kosovo with the new decision will not be allowed free movement from 10 pm to 5 am, except in cases of urgent nature.
