Musliu: The risk that if Vjosa shouldn’t be elected president we’ll go to new elections, is blackmail

The MP of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Ganimete Musliu has considered blackmail, as she said, the threat that if Vjosa Osmani is not elected president, then the country goes to new elections.

She said in a Facebook post that PDK has no responsibility for creating new institutions, as such a thing belongs to the parliamentary majority.

“The Democratic Party of Kosovo has no responsibility and obligation for the creation of new institutions. It is the obligation of the parliamentary majority to elect the speaker, the prime minister and the president. “The threat that if Vjosa Osmani is not elected president, we will go to new elections is blackmail,” Musliu wrote.

Otherwise, the MP from the Vetëvendosje Movement Mimoza Kusari-Lila said that if Vjosa Osmani is not elected president, the country will go to new elections.

The threat that if Vjosa Osmani is not elected President we will go to new elections is blackmail.

The Democratic Party of Kosovo is not blackmailed. We go to the polls whenever you want, but the parliamentary majority must be held accountable if, due to its inability to elect state bodies, the country goes to new elections.
