New medals for Serbian paraathletes on the European Championships in Poland

Serbian paraathlete Ivan Cvetković won a gold medal in the 400-meter race at the European Championships in Poland, while the current world champion and world record holder in discus throw, Nebojsa Djuric, took the bronze medal.

Minister of Youth and Sports Vanja Udovicic congratulated Cvetkovic and Djuric on winning the medals.

“The third European gold for Serbia was won by our great Ivan Cvetković in the 400 meter race for memory and pride! Bravo, champions. Bravo, Nebojša, great success, you have once again made us all happy and proved that you always have a place on the podium “On this occasion, I once again congratulate the professional teams of our para-athletes and the Paralympic Committee of Serbia on the exceptional presentation of our Serbia on the European scene! Bravo,” reads the congratulatory message from Minister Udovicic.
